What this policy covers
Cookies are small data files placed on or read from a browser or device. Similar technologies include local and session storage, software development kits, pixels, tags, scripts, identifiers, tracking links and device information. In this policy, “cookies” includes all of these technologies unless the context requires a distinction.
This policy applies to madeyouviral.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. Our current website can operate without optional advertising or analytics cookies. If an optional integration is activated, it will be described through the applicable notice or preference control before use where required.
Who is responsible
MadeYouViral is responsible for first-party cookies it sets for its own purposes. A third party may be independently responsible for cookies it places through its content, integration or service.
Questions can be sent to [email protected] with the subject “Cookie question”.
Why we use cookies
Cookies may be used to deliver requested pages, protect forms and systems, remember choices, maintain chat or booking continuity, measure performance, understand use, attribute campaigns, limit repeated advertising and improve relevance.
We do not use an optional category merely because it is listed here. The category applies only when the related technology has been enabled.
Cookie categories

| Preferences | Remember language, display, accessibility, chat state or other choices. | Consent requested where law does not provide an exemption. | Session to 12 months. |
| Analytics and performance | Measure visits, pages, errors, speed, source and aggregate behaviour so we can improve the Service. | Disabled until consent where required. | Session to 24 months, depending on provider settings. |
| Marketing and advertising | Attribute campaigns, measure conversions, create or exclude audiences, cap frequency and show relevant advertising across services. | Disabled until consent where required and subject to opt-out rights. | Session to 24 months, depending on provider settings. |

The exact names, purposes and lifetimes of optional cookies can change when providers update their services. When a consent manager is displayed, its live list is the most specific record for the browser and region at that time. A current provider list may also be requested from us.
Consent
In the UK, EEA and other places that require prior consent, we do not intentionally store or access non-essential cookies before an affirmative choice. Rejecting optional cookies must be as accessible as accepting them. Silence, inactivity or continuing to browse is not treated as consent where affirmative consent is required.
You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use. When a preference centre is available, use it to change categories. You may also clear cookies in your browser.
Legal bases
Access to or storage of device information is based on consent where required, unless a narrow legal exemption applies for a technology that is strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service you requested.
Any later processing of personal information is governed by the lawful bases in our Privacy Policy, which may include consent, contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Browser and device controls
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies, block third-party storage, clear site data on exit and restrict tracking. Mobile operating systems may also provide advertising and tracking controls. Blocking every cookie can prevent requested features from working.
Controls are specific to a browser, device and profile. You may need to repeat your choice after clearing storage, using another browser or changing devices.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where applicable law requires it and the signal can be reasonably linked to the relevant processing, we treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for sale, sharing or targeted advertising on that browser and device.
There is no single universally accepted response standard for every “Do Not Track” signal. We therefore respond to legally recognised signals and the controls described in this policy rather than promising a response that the website cannot reliably deliver.
Advertising choices
If advertising technology is enabled, you may be able to opt out through our preference controls, the provider's settings, your device settings and industry opt-out tools. An opt-out normally stops targeted use but does not stop every advertisement.
We do not knowingly use children's information or sensitive personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International processing
Cookie providers may process identifiers and usage information outside your country, including in the United States. Our Privacy Policy explains the safeguards we use for restricted international transfers.
Changes
We may update this policy when technologies, providers or laws change. The date at the top identifies the current version. If we introduce a materially different non-essential purpose, we will request a new choice where required rather than relying on an old consent.
